Training & Education
Adévia SpaSalon was founded with education and training at the center of its focus. Our team is consistently offered advanced trainings both in-house and off site. At Adévia we believe in educating our staff in both the business-side of our industry and the technical side. Shari Sell, who is a Certified STRATEGIES Coach, teaches our business trainings. Our staff also benefit by attending advanced trainings at the AVEDA Institute in Minneapolis. To diversify our education program we have worked with Pivot Point International. We have sent eight employees to Chicago for a one week boot camp designed specifically for junior hair designers, the newly licensed or those needing a refresher course. This course assists in improving productivity in the salon through advanced technical and communication skills.
Providing elite education to our team allows us to offer our guests the most current, cutting-edge services in the salon and spa. We enjoy creating personalized styles for every client, by incorporating innovative shear and razor-cutting techniques for medium and short cuts, and creative color techniques to enhance sculpted forms. We feel we offer a truly balanced, elite training program for our team of professionals.
